Located in Briarcliff on Lake Travis, this property features two houses including a dock with access to the lake. The two homes can easily fit 15-17 guests on beds, couches, and one hideaway bed. There is also a large air conditioned bar room("man cave") equipped with a Foosball table, pool table, TV, and plenty of refrigeration space. There is a pool, hot tub, and sauna available to guests as well. Additionally, a gas grill and a large wood burning grill is provided for guests outside of the pool area. On the second story of the dock are two rope swings that swing into the lake. These are to be used at your own risk as well as the diving board attached to the pool.
We require guests to sign a release of liability prior to check in. Failure to sign this contract will result in cancellation of your booking.

Summary: We were in the area for a family wedding. We needed room for our family of 15. We had room to spare. The younger grandkids loved being in the guest house bedroom that had 6 twin beds. Perfect!! The Man Cave was awesome for cooking and gathering while over looking the pool full of grandkids. The dock is an added bonus with swings on top deck for swinging into the lake. We caught fish from the dock and our pontoon boat fit perfectly on the side of the dock. The main house was full of beds that have very comfortable mattresses and very comfy furniture The Host was amazing, answering questions quickly and just checking on us to make sure we were comfortable. We greatly appreciated the beautiful property and our stay could not have been better!! You will not be disappointed in this wonderful spacious VRBO!!
